Sweet and Sour Cranberry Pork Chops


  • Pork chops
  • 1 cup Russian salad dressing
  • 1 package dry Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce


  1. Place pork chops in a greased casserole.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients, and pour over the chops.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 300 degrees F for 2 to 3 hours.
  4. Serve with rice or noodles.

Chicken may be substituted for the pork chops.
