Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

Instructions

  1. Mix together ginger, salt, pepper, paprika and unbleached flour. Use this to coat pork chops.
  2. Brown pork chops in oil.
  3. After browning chops, place in a baking dish and cover with combination of pineapple juice, vinegar and brown sugar.
  4. Cover casserole dish with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings
