Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Brush chops lightly with oil, and brown on both sides, turning once, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle pepper over the chops; add broth, lemon juice, and chunky applesauce with cinnamon. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer gently for 5 minutes.

In place of applesauce, you may use broccoli and cheese or salsa and cheese.
