Porketta Roast



  • 1 tablespoon dill seed
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seed
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (4 pound) boneless pork roast


  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all spices. Mix well and apply to the roast. Place roast in a 10 x 15-inch roasting pan.
  3. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
