- 1 tablespoon dill seed
- 1 tablespoon fennel seed
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (4 pound) boneless pork roast
- Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, combine all spices. Mix well and apply to the roast.
Place roast in a 10 x 15-inch roasting pan.
- Bake for 1 to 1 1/2
hours, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
