Barbecue Short Ribs
Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef short ribs
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup French dressing
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Brown meat. Put into baking dish and cover with onion slices.
- Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and cook over low heat. Pour over onions
and meat.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F.
