Beer Ribs

Method

  1. Place pork or beef ribs in a roasting pan. For every six pounds of ribs add 1 (12 ounce) can of beer.
  2. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F until tender.
  3. Remove from pan and drain well.
  4. Place on a flat baking sheet and cover with barbecue sauce.
  5. Return to 275 degree F oven for 30 minutes or until hot.
