- Place pork or beef ribs in a roasting pan. For every six pounds of ribs add 1
(12 ounce) can of beer.
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees F until tender.
- Remove from pan and drain well.
- Place on a flat baking sheet and cover with barbecue sauce.
- Return to 275 degree F oven for 30 minutes or until hot.
