Key West Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds country style pork loin ribs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Place ribs in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker.
  2. In small bowl combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over ribs.
  3. Cover; cook on LOW for 7-9 hours.
  4. Spoon sauce over ribs.
