Quick Meat Ball Stroganoff

Method

  1. Combine turkey egg, crumbs, 1/4 cup of water, salt, and pepper. Form into balls about the size of golf balls. Brown on all sides in the shortening.
  2. Drain off excess fat and push meat balls to one side of pan. Add soup, 1/2 cup of water, ketchup, onions, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Blend in sour cream and heat thoroughly.
  5. Serve over hot rice or noodles.

Yield: 4 to 5 servings
