Doves in Orange Sauce
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients
- 12 doves, cleaned and rinsed
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups orange juice
Instructions
- Brown doves in butter in heavy skillet.
- Add salt and orange juice. Cover tightly.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for about 1 1/2 hours.
