Doves in Orange Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 doves, cleaned and rinsed
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups orange juice

Instructions

  1. Brown doves in butter in heavy skillet.
  2. Add salt and orange juice. Cover tightly.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 1 1/2 hours.
