Venison Spaghetti
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground venison or sausage
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato puree
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) box spaghetti, cooked
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Brown venison in hot oil; add parsley, onions, and garlic. Cook until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
- Serve over spaghetti sprinkled with cheese.
