Caribbean Tea Mix
- 2 cups unsweetened powdered instant tea
- 2 packages orange-pineapple flavored gelatin
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon coconut extract
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until well blended.
- Store in an airtight container.
Yield: 3 cups tea mix
To use: Stir 2 level tablespoons tea mix into 6 ounces hot water.
