Parmesan Cheese Mix for Pasta
- 1 cup powder milk
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup dried onions
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container.
To use: In a saucepan over medium heat melt 2
tablespoons butter. Whisk in 1/4 cup mix. Add 1/4 cup milk
or half-and-half, whisking constantly. Bring mixture to a
simmer, then toss with cooked pasta.
