Ingredients

  • 2 cups fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme, crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix and store in a tightly-covered container until needed.

Makes 2 1/2 cups mix.
