- 14 ounces dry split peas
- 12 ounces barley
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 14 ounces ring-type macaroni
- 12 ounces lentils
- 4 cups dried onions
- Combine ingredients and store in jars.
To make soup, boil 2 quarts water.
Add 1 1/3 cups dry Soup Mix.
Salt to taste.
Add 1 pound ground beef or leftovers, pieces of meat,
Simmer for 1 1/4 hours or pressure cook for 20 minutes.
