Spaghetti Sauce Mix
- 1/4 cup celery salt
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- Combine ingredients and store in an airtight container.
- Shake before using.
Mix will keep on the shelf for up to 6 months.
To use, combine 1/4 cup mix with 1 (8 ounce) can tomatoes or tomato
sauce. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
You may also combine mix with 1 cup of sour cream for a quick dip.
