Bake cake according to package directions using two 8- or 9-inch round pans.
Mix pudding and cream cheese well. Beat in whipping cream.
Cut each cake horizontally in half. Place first layer on serving plate.
Top with 1/4 of the pudding mix, then top with tidbits and marshmallows. Repeat
layers ending with pudding mix. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
