Old-Fashioned Sweet Sour Coleslaw
1 1/2 pounds green cabbage, shredded
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup (scant) vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup granulated sugar
Place cabbage in covered dish in refrigerator for several hours.
Mix whipping cream, vinegar, salt and sugar together and fold into cabbage about 30 minutes before serving. Chill.
