Swirled™ Cheesecake Nibbles

With a hint of semi-sweet and white chocolate flavor, these cheesecake nibbles are so creamy and decadent it's hard to eat just one.

Swirled Cheesecake Nibbles

Prep: 15 min | Cook: 15 min | Yield: 36 mini cheesecakes (3 dozen)

Ingredients

  • 36 vanilla wafers
  • 1 2/3 cups (10 ounce package) Nestlé® ® Toll House® Swirled™ Semi-Sweet & Premier White Morsels, divided
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place 36 (2 inch) foil bake cups on baking sheet(s) with sides.
  3. Place one vanilla wafer, flat-side down, on bottom of each cup.
  4. Place 5 to 6 morsels on top of each wafer.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour in large mixer bowl until creamy.
  6. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat well.
  7. Spoon heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture into each bake cup.
  8. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until just set and not browned.
  9. Remove from oven to wire rack.
  10. While still warm, top cheesecakes with remaining morsels. Morsels will soften but will retain shape.
  11. Cool completely.
  12. Cover and refrigerate.
