Breakfast Bars



  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 ounce or more oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Raisins (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons liquid coffee or water
  • 1 package sugar free Nestle's Quik
  • 1/3 cup powdered milk


  1. Mix and shape into small candy bar sizes.
  2. Freeze in plastic wrap or foil.
