Chili Sauce



  • 18 tomatoes
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Sucaryl
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 cups vinegar


  1. Peel, core and chop tomatoes.
  2. Combine all ingredients and boil 4 hours or until thick.
  3. Pour into jars and seal.

Yield: 3 pints
