  • 1/2 cup sugar-free tomato puree
  • 12 ounces sugar-free tomato juice
  • 1/4 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
  • 3/4 teaspoon Sucaryl or Sweet *10
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 scant teaspoon celery seed


  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate.

Yield: 1 pint

Best after 24 hours.
