Mandarin Orange Salad

  • 2 cups Mandarin orange sections in lite syrup
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple in its own juice
  • 1 large container non-dairy whipped topping
  • 2 packages sugar-free orange gelatin
  • 1 large container light cottage cheese


  1. Drain orange sections and pineapple; add remaining ingredients, and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate.
