Pecan Pie


  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked crust
  • 1 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 packages Sweet 'N Low
  • 2 tablespoons stick margarine
  • 1 cup pecans


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat eggs slightly; add syrup and vanilla extract.
  3. Melt margarine and mix into egg mixture.
  4. Add salt and Sweet 'N Low sweetener. Beat well, then add pecans; stir and pour into pie shell.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes or until center is firm.
