- 1 box sugar-free Jell-O pistachio pudding and pie filling
- 1 graham cracker pie shell
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Prepare pie filling as directed on package for pie using 3 1/2 cups
- Add nuts.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Top with Cool Whip when ready to serve.
