Nutella Santa Snack

Ingredients

• 16 gingersnap cookies (store-bought or homemade, approximately 2 inches in diameter)
• 1/2 cup Nutella
• 2 pieces crystallized ginger, coarsely chopped

Instructions

1. Spread 8 gingersnap cookies with 1 tablespoon Nutella each and top with a sprinkling of ginger.
2. Top with remaining cookies to form sandwich.
