Coffee Glazed Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pecans
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons Taster's Choice Instant Freeze-Dried Coffee
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In large skillet combine pecans, sugar, water, Taster's Choice and cinnamon; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly until pecans are well glazed.
  2. Spread on wax paper to cool.
  3. Note: If using electric skillet, heat all ingredients approximately 4 minutes at 225 degrees F, stirring constantly.
