Coffee Glazed Pecans

- 1 1/2 cups pecans
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons Taster's Choice Instant Freeze-Dried Coffee
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- In large skillet combine pecans, sugar, water, Taster's Choice and cinnamon;
bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring
constantly until pecans are well glazed.
- Spread on wax paper to cool.
- Note: If using electric skillet, heat all ingredients approximately 4 minutes
at 225 degrees F, stirring constantly.
