Freckled Pecans


  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1 pound pecan halves (about 4 cups)


  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Stir in seasonings.
  3. Add pecans and toss to cover well.
  4. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees F for about 20 minutes or until crisp.
