Gingered Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blanched almonds
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place almonds and butter in a shallow baking pan.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Sprinkle salt and ginger over nuts; toss.
  6. Serve warm.
