Glazed Pecans


  • 1 cup shelled pecans
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Dash of salt


  1. Put pecans, sugar and salt into a large heavy skillet. Stir the mixture constantly over medium heat. Cook sugar-nut mixture until sugar melts and turns a rich, golden color.
  2. Transfer nut mixture to wax paper and let cool slightly.
  3. Separate nuts.
