Orange Candied Pecans
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons white corn syrup
- 1 pinch cream of tartar
- Juice and grated rind of 1 orange
- 2 cups pecans
- Mix all ingredients, except pecans, and cook to soft ball stage.
- Beat, then add pecans. Stir until pecans are well coated.
- Spread out on wax paper and separate.
