Orange Pecans



  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pound pecan halves
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Grated rind of 2 oranges


  1. Combine sugar and milk in saucepan.
  2. Add vinegar. Boil until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
  3. Pour mixture over pecan halves.
  4. Add grated rind and stir until nuts are coated.
