Seasoned Pumpkin Seeds



  • 3/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt


  1. Remove membrane from seeds; rinse and pat dry.
  2. Place seeds in an 8-inch square pan; add remaining ingredients, and toss to coat all sides.
  3. Bake at 300 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally.
