For added flavor, drizzle 1 tablespoon of peanut oil over peanuts; stir to coat. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels; then sprinkle with spice mixture and stir until well coated. Store in a tightly covered container.
