Apple Crumb Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 grams apples
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon mixed with 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter

Instructions

  1. A/P/C/S apples and slice in 1/2. Roll out pie dough in pie stone. Evenly arrange apples in pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar.
  2. In small bowl, mix flour and sugar. Use pastry blender to cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees F.
