Apple Crumb Pie
- 6 grams apples
- 1 pie crust
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon mixed with 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup butter
- A/P/C/S apples and slice in 1/2. Roll out pie dough in pie stone. Evenly
arrange apples in pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar.
- In small bowl, mix flour and sugar. Use pastry blender to cut in butter
until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees F.
