Beer Bread
Yield: 1 loaf (about 8 servings)
Ingredients
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) can of beer
- 1 tablespoon Southwest chipotle, Italian herb or ragin' Cajun seasoning
Instructions
- In a Thatsa bowl, measure out flour, sugar and seasoning.
- Slowly add beer down the side of the bowl to prevent foaming. Mix together using the saucy silicone spatula until dough forms.
- Place into silicone loaf form and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes.
Notes
Variation: Add 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
