Chicken Caesar Salad
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, grilled broiled or baked
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, torn into pieces (about 10 cups)
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1 1/2 cups seasoned croutons
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Slice cooked chicken into bite-size pieces.
- In salad bowl, combine chicken, lettuce, eggs and onion. Pour dressing over; toss until well coated.
- Add croutons and cheese; toss lightly.
