Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 cups Half-and-Half
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
• 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Combine Half-and-Half, milk and chocolate syrup in bowl.
2. Whisk in melted chips with whisk.
3. Fold in whipped topping and extract.
4. Divide mixture evenly among 3 Ice Shaver tubs. Freeze until firm.
5. Remove from tubs and shave in Ice Shaver.
6. Serve with a spoon.
