Hot Broccoli Dip

Yield: 2 cups (16 servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (about 6 ounces) fresh broccoli florets, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red bell, chopped
  • 1 ounce (1/4 cup) Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.Chop broccoli, onion, and bell pepper using Food Chopper; place in 1-quart Batter Bowl.
  2. Grate Parmesan cheese using Cheese Grater (measure in Grate and Store); add 2 tablespoons to vegetable mixture.
  3. Press garlic using Garlic Press and add to vegetables along with remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into Mini-Baker.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese over top and surround with Pita Chips for serving.
