Mini Soft Pretzels with Honey-Mustard Dip

Yield: 18 mini pretzels

Ingredients

Mini Pretzels

  • 1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon caraway or sesame seeds

Honey Mustard Dip

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Unroll pizza crust onto flat side of an 18 x 12 inch grooved cutting board. Using pizza cutter, cut dough into 18 1/2-inch wide strips. Form each strip into a pretzel shape. Place on 15 inch round baking stone.
  3. In a small bowl, combine egg and salt. Brush on dough and sprinkle with seeds.
  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to a rack to cool.
  5. Combine all Honey Mustard Dip ingredients into a bowl and whisk together.
