Pineapple Mango Ice
Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
- 1 cup cubed mango, frozen, jarred or fresh
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Blend in blender until smooth. Taste; add sugar by tablespoon, if needed.
- Pour into tubs and freeze.
