Pineapple Orange Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

• 1 orange
• 2 cups plain yogurt
• 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup Half-and-Half
• 1/4 teaspoon pineapple extract

Instructions

1. Zest orange with Zester. Juice orange to get 1/4 cup juice.
2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Divide mixture evenly among 3 Ice Shaver Tubs. Freeze until firm.
3. Remove from tubs and shave in Ice Shaver.
4. Serve with a spoon.
