Three-Cheese Garden Pizza
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place pizza dough on greased 14 inch pizza pan. Pat out dough with fingers to edge of pan.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned; remove from oven.
- Spread garlic onto crust; sprinkle with mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses. Top with tomato and Italian seasoning. Layer zucchini, onion and mushrooms over tomato; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
- Cut into wedges; serve warm.
Notes
One 8 ounce can pizza sauce may be substituted for the sliced tomato.
