Three-Cheese Garden Pizza

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place pizza dough on greased 14 inch pizza pan. Pat out dough with fingers to edge of pan.
  3. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned; remove from oven.
  4. Spread garlic onto crust; sprinkle with mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses. Top with tomato and Italian seasoning. Layer zucchini, onion and mushrooms over tomato; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Cut into wedges; serve warm.

Notes

One 8 ounce can pizza sauce may be substituted for the sliced tomato.
