Cordon Bleu Pasta


  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked, diced ham
  • 4 ounces heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 package bowtie pasta, cooked
  • Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


  1. In a skillet over medium high heat, cook the chicken breasts in butter for 10 minutes or until browned. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. Chop chicken when cooled.
  3. In same skillet, add the cooked ham, chicken and sour cream, stirring over medium to high heat until liquids reduce by half. Stir until cooked pasta. Remove from heat, and add the Swiss cheese.
  4. Serve topped with grated Parmesan and parsley.
