- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- Mix all together and separate dough into several balls. Roll dough paper
thin and let dry for several hours.
- When dough is dry, use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut into uniform
strips. Separate egg noodles and let dry again.
- Use in soups, etc.
