Egg Noodles

Egg Noodles


  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste


  1. Mix all together and separate dough into several balls. Roll dough paper thin and let dry for several hours.
  2. When dough is dry, use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut into uniform strips. Separate egg noodles and let dry again.
  3. Use in soups, etc.
