Nacho Pasta is so easy yet very tasty and satisfying. You can serve this with crushed corn chips or tortilla chips on top for a little added crunch.
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 can nacho cheese soup
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups pasta, uncooked
- Brown beef and onion with chili powder.
- Cook pasta as package directs.
- Heat soup with water and add to beef.
- Stir in pasta.
Yield: 6 servings
