Square Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces vermicelli
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 4 ounces sliced pepperoni
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Combine egg and milk. Pour over pasta and mix well.
  3. Coat a 13 x 9-inch pan with non-stick vegetable spray. Pour pasta mixture into pan.
  4. Cover pasta with spaghetti sauce.
  5. Layer pepperoni over sauce and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
  8. Cut into squares to serve.
