Taco Spaghetti

Taco Spaghetti is great served hot or as a leftover.

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
• 1 (8 ounce) jar taco sauce
• 1 can mushrooms (optional)
• 2 cups spaghetti sauce
• 1 pound dry spaghetti
• Cheese, shredded
• Sour cream
• Tortilla chips, crumbled

Instructions

1. Brown ground beef; drain.
2. Mix with taco seasoning mix, taco sauce, mushrooms and spaghetti sauce.
3. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti, then mix into the ground beef mixture.
4. Put into a casserole dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
5. Cover and bake at 400 degrees F until the cheese is melted.
6. Spread as much sour cream on top as you desire.
7. Sprinkle cheese and crumbled tortilla chips on top.
8. Serve hot.
9. Add shredded lettuce and tomatoes, if desired.
