- 1/3 cup shelled walnuts
- 2 large cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cups spinach leaves, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In blender or food processor, chop walnuts and garlic with the water.
- Add spinach gradually and alternately with the oil. Process until smooth.
- Add cheese and salt. Whirl to blend.
- Toss with hot spaghetti noodles.
