  • 2 parts millet
  • 1 part safflower seeds
  • 1 part buckwheat, wheat-berries or sunflower seeds
  • 2 parts whole oats

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in a sealable container and store, tightly sealed, in a cool, dark place.

Use as the main food source, supplementing it with fresh fruits and vegetables daily.
