Butterscotch Apple Pecan Cobbler

Method

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In small bowl, combine butterscotch chips, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Place apples in 13 x 9-inch baking pan; sprinkle butterscotch chips mixture over apples.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Topping: Combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.
  6. Stir in pecans and oats; sprinkle over apple mixture.
  7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until apples are tender.
  8. Cool slightly.
  9. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

Yield: 10 to 12 servings
